Our capabilities allow us to machine parts from single prototypes through long production runs. They include state-of-the-art CNC milling and turning centers, nearly all of which are multi-axis. This enhances our efficiency because it enables us to complete complex machined parts without having to perform secondary operations. Our equipment also includes wire EDM equipment for use on parts with unusually close tolerances or which are otherwise not machine able using conventional methods.
ASSEMBLY - We have an assembly area that is away from manufacturing to assure finished products that are maintained clean and free of FOD. We assemble Bearing Installation & Staking, V-Groove Staking, Roller & Anvil Staking, Adhesive Bonding, Bushing Installation & Staking, Mechanical Assembly (Full & Partial), Insert, Fastner, Nutplates, & Helicoil Installation Riveting.
DEBURR - All deburring is done on sight away from manufacturing and finished products to assure product is FOD free. We have the capability of precision deburring under 30X microscope if needed.
